Overall responsibility of the factory

  • Look after the overall production. To plan the production on the daily basis as per schedule, co-ordinate with production supervisor.
  • To check the technical data of all production ,check the feasibility of the raw material before instructing the production, co-ordinate with store keeper.
  • Providing total quality at every stage of manufacturing
  • Random physical inspection of various lifting slings for defects, stitching, label, cracks, flaws etc…
  • Load test of slings such as chain slings, wire rope slings, webbing slings with various testing procedures
  • Authorized to prepare and sign the test certificate of tested slings goods & Maintain proper record for test certificate.
  • To prepare business plan & provide sale budget figure on quarterly basis to managing director for review and budget approval.
  • Set up Sales Target and motivate the staff to achieve individually and group sales target.
  • To strengthen existing relation with customer develop new customer relationships and provide best sales and after sales services.
  • Prepare and review of daily sales report. And maintain a proper record for quotation and customer order.
  • To provide full support to accounts department to collect customers outstanding/overdue payment with in shortest period.
  • To increase the market share & to improve the profitability of the company.
