- Judy reported that National Fuel to do $2,000 sponsorship, she is to check for details (most likely ticket printing to be a part of it). NWSB to do $1,800 – Stove and Fridge from Fullertons. Chuck to see if cheaper at MBS
-Christine to get in contact with GFS and Super Suppers to see their interest in the cooking show
-Comment made that can offer opportunity to present on stage to potential exhibitors.
-The following leads were given: Mason Farms, Traditions (8th Street), Summit Hardwoods.
HOME SHOW MEETING – 02/04/09 – MINUTES

-Jason reported $77,275 in booth sales. 68 unique exhibitors – several have more than one “booth”
-Bill Coropi said the cooking show is finalized - also he maybe able to get characters from Sesame Street Live at the show as they are in town that weekend, he will let us know.
-Jay has an idea to offer banner stands to anyone who is potentially interested.. he would do the development work at cost (apprx $300) then we could sell 3'x3' ft spaces.. Jason agreed to work with him further to develop this.
-Jay also stated that can offer Home Show booth training to anyone who is interested apprx 3 weeks before show. Jason said working on exhibitor packet and can include this.
-Chuck said the $1350-$1600 from MBS was both fridge and stove, neither MBS or Fullertons are members, and I dont believe neither have an interest in purchasing a booth.
-Sharon from National Fuel said her $2k is not to be tied to any promotion just for hanging National Fuel signs and banners around the event.
-Sharon says that Co-Op $ available for those on her list. Jason requested this info for him to call on.
-Sharon stated that ½ price student tickets should be whole dollar amount, i.e. $3.00 not $2.50
-Tony stated that Dahlkempers interested in doing presentation. Dan Dahlkemper interested in “builder cookoff”
- The following leads were given for Jason to follow on: Erie Bank, Millcraft, Complete Wireless, Caplan, Cutco, Your Wish is Granite, also look at exhibitor from Erie Auto Show and Her Times
Our next meeting is Wednesday Feb 18th at 4pm - after that we will be doing weekly meeting.
