Since the 1970s Leslie J Francis has organised and co-ordinated a series of major surveys exploring the association between religion and values among young people. His early work developed the Centymca Values Survey that has formed the basis for the current Teenage Religions and Values Survey. Findings from the surveys have been published in a series of books and in focused articles.
