Nanny Cay Improvement Project: Site Engineer, responsible for initial topographical survey, all setting out and site decisions for new roads, culverts, outfalls, conduits and new 100-ton boatlift.

Nail Bay Virgin Gorda: Site Engineer on a seventy-acre residential development. Responsible for topographical surveys for road design and architectural purposes. Setting out of roads and buildings and inspections at various stages of construction.

New Peebles Hospital Tortola: Phase 1 Bulk Excavation: Sub-consultant to Page Sutherland Page Architects making daily visits to site ensuring that the works are being carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This includes line and level checks on the 70,000 cu yd removal of overburden and rock.

Building surveys on St. Croix and Tortola: Dimensional, structural surveys for the assessment of further use and improvement design purposes.

Scatliffe Ghut improvements Tortola: Full topographical survey of existing ghut, the establishment of datums, elevation checks and volumes calculated on materials both excavated and placed for payments and records.

Peter Island: Pre- construction surveys and setting out of luxury villas, luxury spa, roads and helipad. Follow up surveys and as-builts of all rock cuts and construction. Testing of backfill compaction using Troxler NDT

Oil Nut Bay Virgin Gorda: Coastal survey of a 400 acre property to determine the extent of mangroves. Setting out and establishing the best route of three miles of road cuts through virgin terrain.

Nanny Cay Tortola: Full topographical survey of Hotel and marina on thirty acres of coastal property. Beach survey to monitor changes in profiles, ongoing on a yearly basis. Setting out and checks on new groynes for the protection of a new beach area.

Cedar School Tortola: Initial survey then setting out of new artificial football pitch and basketball court. Site supervision of contractors.

Money Bay Norman Island: Topographical and hydrographic surveys with seabed sediment analysis for the design of a new beach area.
