· Agree to abide by the Coonalpyn & District A&H Society Inc rules and regulations at all times in particular rules 10 and 11.
· Accept the trade space allocated as being the best available at the time of the application.
· Agree to purchase entry tickets at the gate on Show Day.
· Gates open at 7.30am, all stallholders will be required to set up by 9.30am and remain on site until 4.30pm. No movement of traffic allowed between these times.
· Coonalpyn & District A&H Society Inc reserves the right to reject any application for trade space. Preference is given to previous traders.
· Traders will be notified prior to October if there application is accepted
· Payment of site fee does not automatically guarantee your site.
· No refunds given unless notified 21 days prior to the Show Day.
