STABLING:R200 for wooden R300 cement stables per horse for the weekend.
Stables will be allocated according to first entries & payments received.
COMPETITORS LEVY:R150 per competitor. (Includes Equipment levy, Paramedic Fees & Official fees)

•As per the rule change to be applied as from 1st August 2009, Bridle No’s for Dressage is compulsory.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All SAEF, FEI, SASJ, SASA, SAD, SAEQA and B.E.C CLUB Rules shall apply. Telephonic, faxed, emailed or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.
2. All competitors must be registered with the SAEF , A Club as well as the relevant discipline association.
3. All competitors will need to pay a competitors levy of R100 (Includes ground levy, medical levy and official levy.)
4. All dogs must be on leads.
5. Catering will be available.
6. Hard hats are to be worn at all times.

• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders’ enjoyment of the show.
PROTESTS:
Competitors' attention is drawn to the SAEF General Regulations which lays down the procedure to be followed in the case of protests and appeals. All protests and appeals must be lodged in writing with the Show Director or Show Secretary within the specified times and must be accompanied by a deposit of R400.00.
STABLING:
There is stabling available at the venue at a cost of R200.00 wooden R300.00 cement stables for the weekend. This includes initial bedding.
AMENDMENT AND/OR CANCELLATION OF CLASSES:
The Organizing Committee, in consultation with the SAEF Representative, reserves the right, if insufficient or excessive entries are received or in the light of unforeseen circumstances, to combine, divide, postpone, cancel or change the rule of any classes. Should this be necessary, the prize money will be adjustedaccordingly
PASSPORTS:
All horses entered must have a valid FEI or SAEF Passport.
AFRICAN HORSE SICKNESS & EQUINE FLU:
All passports must have the African Horse Sickness inoculations endorsed in the passport to the effect that the horse has been vaccinated by a veterinarian as prescribed by the manufacturer within the past 12 months. All equine flu inoculations must be current and recorded in the horses’ passport.
ABUSE OF HORSE AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES:
SAEF rules regarding abuse of horses and the use of prohibited substances will be strictly observed. At the discretion of SAEF, any horse or rider may be tested for the presence of prohibited substances.
