☼ 1ST JANUARY 1943
† 18TH JULY 2004
AT REST
REST AFTER WEARINESS
REST(ING) IN PEACE
GRANT HER THY ETERNAL REST
RESTING IN THE LORD
RESTING WHERE NO SHADOWS FALL
LOVES LAST GIFT, REMEMBRANCE
ALWAYS REMEMBERED
GONE FROM US BUT NOT FORGOTTEN
FOREVER IN OUR THOUGHTS
IN GOD'S KEEPING
I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVETH
THY WILL BE DONE
THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD I SHALL NOT WANT
SAFE IN THE ARMS OF JESUS
OUT OF THE DEPTH I HAVE CRIED TO THEE
LORD - “HEAR MY PRAYER”
FATHER IN THY GRACIOUS KEEPING,
LEAVE WE NOW OUR LOVED ONE SLEEPING
TO WAKE AGAIN IN HEAVEN
UNTIL THE DAY DAWNS
ABIDE WITH ME
TOO DEARLY LOVED TO BE FORGOTTEN
GONE FROM OUR HOME BUT NOT FROM OUR HEARTS
THOSE WE LOVE DON'T GO AWAY
THEY WALK BESIDE US EVERYDAY
ONLY GOODNIGHT BELOVED, NOT FAREWELL
MEMORY IS A GOLDEN CHAIN
THAT BINDS US TILL WE MEET AGAIN
GONE IS THE FACE WE LOVED SO DEAR
SILENT THE VOICE WE LONGED TO HEAR
HIS LIFE A BEAUTIFUL MEMORY, HIS ABSENCE A SILENT GRIEF
GONE ARE THE DAYS WE USED TO SHARE
BUT IN OUR HEARTS YOU'RE ALWAYS THERE
PEACE PERFECT PEACE
PEACE AFTER PAIN
A BOUQUET OF BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES SPRAYED WITH A MILLION TEARS, WISHING GOD COULD HAVE SPARED YOU JUST A FEW MORE YEARS
GOD FOUND THE PATH WAS GROWING OVER, THE HILL TOO STEEP TO CLIMB, SO HE GENTLY CLOSED HER EYELIDS AND WHISPERED PEACE BE THINE
GOD SEES WHEN THE FOOTSTEPS FALTER, WHEN THE PATH WAS HAS GROWN TOO STEEP, SO HE TOUCHES THE DROOPING EYELIDS AND GIVETH HIS LOVED ONE SLEEP
LOVING AND KIND IN ALL HER WAYS, UPRIGHT AND JUST TO THE END OF HER DAYS, SINCERE AND TRUE IN HEART AND MIND, A BEAUTIFUL MEMORY LEFT BEHIND
A LIGHT IS FROM OUR HOUSEHOLD GONE, A VOICE WE LOVED IS STILLED, A PLACE IS VACANT IN OUR HOME, THAT NEVER CAN BE FILLED
IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU BUT YOU DID NOT GO ALONE, FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU THE DAY GOD BROUGHT YOU HOME
LOVED ONE, THOU ART NE'ER FORGOTTEN, TIS SWEET TO BREATHE THY NAME, IN LIFE I LOVED YOU DEARLY, IN DEATH I DO THE SAME
THOUGH HER SMILE HAS GONE FOREVER AND HER HAND WE CANNOT TOUCH, WE SHALL NEVER LOSE SWEET MEMORIES OF THE ONE WE LOVED SO MUCH
REUNITED
