Meet Information

Course Location: Bolivar City Golf Course – 1506 W. Broadway St. Bolivar, MO 65613

Race Start Times:Men’s 8k – 10:00amWomen’s 6k – 11:00am

Saturday Schedule: 9:40am – National Anthem

9:45 – Men report to starting line for uniform check

10:00 – Men’s 8k Championships

10:45 – Women report to startling line for uniform check

11:00 – Women’s 6k Championships

12:15 – Awards Presentation at the course

Coaches Meeting: 6:30 pm @ Mellers Dining Hall(REVISED) - Final declarations of a maximum of 10 entries per team and drawing for starting boxes will be done. Each team (gender) will get 1 coaches dinner paid for.

Team Dinner:4:45-7:00pm @ Mellers Dinning Hall on Campus – Teams need to contact Alanda Cantrell a (417) 328-1541 - by 5:00pm on November 1st to secure your spot. The athletes will have full access to the entire dining hall and salad bar. There will also be a pasta buffet. Cost is $7 per person.

Entry Directions:

1. Create an Account or Log into an Existing Account

2. Add your Roster or Update your Existing Roster

3. Select Meets and enter your athletes into the meet. (MIAA Cross Country Championships)

Teams must use TFRRS Numbers

Trainers: The trainers tent will be near the start and finish line starting at 8:00am. If there are

Course: The course is a flat spectator friendly course with multiple cart path crossings. A course map will be sent out closer to the meet, plus can be found online once finalized.

Practice:The course will be available for practice Friday Nov. 7th from 3:00-7:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am until race time

Results: Results will be posted at the awards area after each race is completed.

Awards: Awards will be presented at approximately 12:15pm at the course. Winning teams

and the top 20 individual finishers in each race will be recognized. Top 10 finishers earn

1st Team All-MIAA and receive an award, and 11th – 20th placers earn Honorable Mention.

Parking: Team Buses can drop off near the start/finish line then park directly south of the Roy Blunt YMCA in the paved parking lot. Spectators and team vans will be asked to park in the grass parking along the golf course that is also south of the YMCA.Parking attendants will be present.

A map for the parking layout, team camps, etc… is attached as well.

Admission: Each Vehicle will be charged $5 for parking. Team vans and buses will not be charged.

T-Shirts:A pre-order form will be sent out to coaches and there will be some shirts sold at the meet but in limited numbers.
