Offer for Sale of Shares of JSC TREST no.26 ZHELEZOBETONMONTAZH Owned by the Republic of Belarus by Tenderand Conditions of Tender
1,052,500 shares of JSC TREST no.26 ZHELEZOBETONMONTAZH owned by the Republic of Belarus are offered for sale by tender upon the following conditions:
–granting of a loan to the company in the amount of1 mln. US dollars for 5 years at the rate of 1% per annum during the first 12 months from the date of signing a Purchase and Sale Agreement, providing funds for the company’s development;
–preservation of the company’s activity profile and the number of jobs for 5 years;
–ensuring conclusion ofcontract agreements for construction projects abroadandannual export of the company’s construction services and materials produced in the Republic of Belarus at the amount of at least 50 mln. US dollars during 3 years from the date of signing a Purchase and Sale Agreement.

- General information about organization
1)Origin of the enterprise;
OJSC ”Multicorporate enterprise No. 26 Zhelezobetonmontazh” was transformed into Open joint-stock company basing on the order of Minsk municipal territorial fund of state property dated November, “08”, 2010, No. 90 in accordance with regulations of the Republic of Belarus on privatization of state property,
is assigned to the rights and liabilities of RUE "Multicorporate enterprise No. 26 Zhelezobetonmontazh", created in December, 1962, as specialized enterprise on assembly of precast reinforced-concrete and metal constructions of buildings for industrial, civil and social purpose within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2)Core business area (business area, from which the enterprise gets most of profit, the part of this busyness area in total volume of earnings, %);
Core busyness area of the Company is a production of construction and assembly works (hereinafter CAW) on assembly of precast reinforced-concrete, metal and wood constructions and other kinds of works at building projects, reconstructions and repairing of different fields of sectors of the national economy, of any complexity of buildings and constructions of the I and II levels. Performs general contracting activity. Performs general construction works, including five types of works, certified in the Republic of Belarus
3)Other types of activity, performed by the enterprise;
- Metal fabrication.
- Transport and building machinery rent
-Renting of areas for offices and storage facilities.
-Fulfillment of quality control of connections by nondestructive inspection procedures.
4)Availability of licenses, patents, certificates of ISO.
1.License of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus No. 02010/14227 dated March, 30, 2011, valid to March, 30, 2021 of association “Security” at Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for the right to perform security service.
2.On December, 21, 2004, Commitee on standardization, metrology and certification at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus gave multicorporate enterprise Certification of conformity of quality management system for construction and assembly works with requirements to STB ISO 9001-2001 No. BY/11205.01.002.0403
3.On December, 2010, the multicorporate enterprise had a repeated certification in QMS certification authorities RUE “Belarusian State Institute on Standardization and Certification”, that prolonged conformity certificate No.BY /11205.01.002.0403 validity interval till December, 21, 2013.
4.In OJSC “Multicorporate enterprise No. 26 Zhelezobetonmontazh” welding laboratory was certified for technical competence, certificate No. BY/112.02.2.0.0595 with validity interval from 17.07.2009 to 17.06.2014. Organization, that gave certificate, is the Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Certification at Council of Ministers of organization “Gosstandart”.
5.Certificate on technical competence of quality organization No. 373 72989.482-2011 with validity interval till 05.04.2016 is obtained.
6.Declaration on fabrication of steel farms according to STB 1396-2033 in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations 2009/13/BY for No.BY 112 11.01 technical regulations 93.022 00318 was registered in RUE “Stroytechnorm”, validity interval is till 04.04.2016.
7.In 2011 all the CAWs were performed in accordance with the requirements of certified quality management system, that is confirmed by surveillance audit of RUE “Belarusian State Institute on Standardization and Certification”.

- Realized (for the last 3 years) investment projects – the purpose of the project in 2010 was to perform modernization of production facilities of UE “Multicorporate enterprise No.26 Zhelezobetonmontazh” in accordance with modern requirements, providing increase of metal constructions production and performed by lorry transport services volumes.
To provide investment project, credit resources of bank in the amount of 2200 million roubles were involved.Credit term is 5 years. Principal redemption is from June, 2010 (from the moment of receiving of the credit) to May, 2015. Payment of percents on the credit in 2010-2014 is planned at the expense of innovation and proprietory funds.In 2015 at the expense of proprietory funds.
