This form must be completed, signed by the principal and faxed to B.J. Guzzardo at 225-300-4244 no later than
4:00 PM, Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in order to prepare for pick up at the meeting on Saturday,
December 7, 2013 at the LHSAA office.
Each coach, faculty and non-faculty, registered as a football coach with the LHSAA, will be issued one complimentary ticket for the night their team plays.
(No complimentary tickets will be issued to any other card holders at this meeting.)

Only legitimate non-participating team personnel will be allowed in your teams’ box area. These individuals are restricted to the team box area. LHSAA and NFHS rules will be strictly enforced.
Only those individuals that have been an integral part of your team all season are the only persons deserving to be in your team bench area and along your sidelines.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BENCH, PRESS BOX & SIDELINE PASSES
Passes must be worn to enter the dome. Coaches and non-player personnel not having a pass will not be allowed to enter the dome. Coaches and non-player personnel not having the proper pass on the sideline, team bench, or press box will be removed from the dome and must pay to enter.
Any school caught issuing passes to non-team personnel will be fined and the unauthorized person will be removed from the dome.
The rules governing the sideline, team bench, and press box passes will be strictly enforced.

NOTE: Fan buses are not eligible for the bus pass. Fan buses may park in the Girod Street lot if there is room. Superdome Management has sole authority as to bus parking and prices for bus parking. The SD parking management wants to insure that the school teams and support groups have a place to park.

Please be aware that all bands and members of all support groups, with the exception of the cheerleaders, will be seated in sections in the stands and not on the dome floor as in previous years. For this reason, support groups may not bring any food or drink in the Superdome.

ADMISSION OF PEP SQUAD
LHSAA POLICIES AND PRACTICES
Due to abuses of the policy of admitting pep squad members free of admission into the Superdome Classic, the following policy will apply for the 2013 LHSAA /STATE FARM PREP CLASSIC and will be strictly enforced.
To be admitted free of admission:
1. All pep squad members must enter through the south gates on Girod Street.
2. All members must wear an especially designed pep squad uniform that clearly identifies the individual as a member of the school’s pep squad.
3. All members must be accompanied by a school chaperone.
4. An LHSAA representative at the back gate will verify the count of pep squad members.
5. Pep squad members must remain off the playing surface at all times except if performing at halftime.
6. Any member not complying with policies #1, #2, and #3 must present a ticket upon entering.
Any violation of policies will result in the participating school being assessed the cost of participating student (general admission) for the number of pep squad members who fail to comply with policies #1 and #2. That amount in ticket admission will be deducted from the team guarantee.
Please complete the attached form in this booklet and have your pep squad chaperone present it to an LHSAA representative upon entering at the South gate.
