Introduction

This user guide is intended to provide information about the agreement for Drain Services, and guidance for how to use it.

The new Framework Agreement is in place from 10th April 2012 for a period of three years (with the option to extend it for a further two years). It is available for use by bothEstates Services and all University Departments.

The Framework will be managed technically by Paul Kimber, Building Maintenance Manager and commercially by Natalie Sowden, Buyer – Estates Services.

Scope

The Framework Agreement has been awarded to OPC Drain Services. It covers all drain clearance works across the Estate. Drains are to be cleared using appropriate methods and left clean and fully operable following a call out.

All pricing is valid until 31st December 2013. All rates are inclusive of travel time and mileage.
