SC3000 Series - Specifications
SC3000D – A – Side Coiling door, Aluminum clear anodize finish
After completion of fabrication, clean all metal surfaces to remove dirt and chemically treat to provide for paint adhesion. All steel components shall receive a coat of prime paint finish and all exposed aluminum shall be of a clear anodized finish.
SC3000D – G – Side Coiling door, sterling grey finish
After completion of fabrication, clean all metal surfaces to remove dirt and chemically treat to provide for paint adhesion. Slats are to receive a prime coat finish of .2 mils of epoxy primer and .8 mils of polyester paint.
SC3000D – PC – Side Coiling door, powder coat finish of colour as selected
After completion of fabrication, clean all metal surfaces to remove dirt and chemically treat to provide for powder coat adhesion. Provide powder coat finish of color as selected by architect from manufacturer’s standard RAL powder coat selection chart.
SC3000D – SS - Side Coiling Door, Stainless Steel No. 4 Polished Finish
After completion of fabrication, clean all metal surfaces to remove dirt. All steel components shall receive two coats of rust inhibitive primer. All exposed stainless steel components shall be of type 304 with number 4 polish finish.
SC3000G-SL9-A - Side Coiling Grille, SL9 Grille Curtain Pattern, Aluminum Clear Anodize Finish

All steel components shall receive a coat of prime paint finish, all exposed aluminum shall be of a clear anodized finish and all exposed stainless steel shall be number 4 finish.
