As PV-course holder, I have the task to read and comment on the groups P1 process analysis, in order to give you some tips to become even more proficient in project work, and ask some good questions to help you reflect on howyoudo things and make suggestions for improvement.

It is a very short process analysisyou have written. It is very precise and concrete about the technical part, but there are only very few items from the PV course that you have addressed, and there areno ideas for improvement of those, and I don’t seeany analysis or reflection of PV items in your document.

Most of the content and suggestions on how to plan, controland implement a project and how to set up conditions for good cooperation from the PV course, you have not addressed or used at all, so most of my questions will be addressing these issues because I think they can be profitable for you to use.

Comments/questions:

  • You had a time schedule, but it turned out useless. On what levels will you plan the execution of your next project and how will you ensure that the plans are followed?
  • You don’t mention a cooperation contract and in fact it seems as if you run the project and cooperation almost without control, just doing what you want. I think that you need to discuss how to work together and write the agreed items down. What do you think need to be addressed in a future cooperation contract?
  • Working alone and not sharing information makes it very difficult to prepare for exam, where you all have to know everything in the project report. How will you share information in the future?
  • What are the pro’s and con’s in working alone compared to working in smaller groups of e.g. two persons?
  • If you should choose to have a project leader in the future, what tasks should he then precisely perform? How long should one person perform the task? Should the job be assessed?
  • What other roles is needed for the group to perform better?
  • How was your supervisor meetings run? What experiences from these meetings did you get? What type of facilitation did you receive?
  • How will you organize cooperation with supervisors in the future?
  • How was your learning process? Did you learn anythingin your technical and professional area? How did you help each other learning?
