Handling graphics
Adding Clip Art
You may add a clip art image to a document.
1. InsertàPictureàClip Art
2. Select the categoryàRight click on the desired clip art imageà Insert Clip
Insert clip---adding the clip art image to the document
Preview clip---viewing the full-sized image before inserting it to the document
Add Clip to Favorites---adding the selected image to your favorites directory
Find Similar Clips---searching for similar images
Add An Image from a File
You may also add an image from a file to the document.

2. Choose the file which stores the imageàInsert
Editing A Graphic
To activate the image to be edited, click it once. The following toolbar provides convenient tools to do graphic editing. This toolbar should appear after clicking on the image. If not, you can activate it by ViewàToolbarsàpicture
Watermark
Watermark is used on printed documents to have text or graphics behind the main body text.
Right click on the clip art or the picture from a file à Format pictureàPictureà Image control à Colorà WatermarkàOK
Auto Shapes
You may draw different geometrical shapes, arrows, flow chart symbols, star and banners, and callouts using the autoshapes provided.
InsertàPictureàAutoShapes OR clicking the AutoShapes button on the Drawing toolbar.
For each autoshape, you can resize the shape using the open box handles and modify other adjustments using the yellow diamond handle(s). Each autoshape can also be rotated by first clicking the Free Rotate button on the drawing toolbar . Then click and drag the green handles around the image to rotate it.
Lines---straight line, arrow, double-ended arrow, curved line, freeform shape, scribble
Basic Shapes---two- and three-dimensional shapes, icons, braces, and brackets
Block Arrows---two- and three-dimensional arrows
Flow Chart---flow chart elements
Stars and Banners---stars, bursts, banners, and scrolls
Callouts---speech and thought bubbles, and line callouts
