SUBJECT: March 2013 Reclamation & Retention Committee Report

1- Over 400,000 men have been initiated… 20,000 was financial in Oct 2012… 60,000 are reclaimable.

- 27 Feb 13 (7:00pm) Bro. Hargrave and Bro. Parker held a committee meeting… some ideas was discussed via email with other TLL members.

- TLL needs new Retention and Reclamation efforts…

-Bro John Ransom suggest in the way of retention… Quarterly brotherhood: such as

Breakfast, bowling, sporting event, wine & cheese, BBQ, or Cigar & Cognac

Some of these events can be tailored towards couple’s events as well. (No Business)

- Bro Paul Burt suggested in the way of retention… we may want to do something similar to the south-side! Once a quarter for Reclamation the "Southside Ques" have a Greek Night? Bro Burt has identified a location in Henry County,a Jazz and Wine Cafe in McDonough. There are many brothers in Henry/Clayton Counties without a chapter and TLL is the closest.

2-With input fro from Bro’s Ransom & Burt; Bro Hargrave and I discussed a Reclamation card and I have designed it. This card will be given to the Brothers of TLL for when the come across that Brother who is seeking Reclamation. After a few moments of filling out the information the card can be torn in half. The reclaimable brother now has the proper information and we now have all of his information, which will be given to me. I will then follow up with a welcome letter. (I am still working on).

3-I would like to bring to the Brotherhood that we should drop $75 or $50 from Chapter dues for the Reclaimed Brother.

4-Bro. Hargrave and I discussed appointing members to the Reclamation & Retention Committee.

-The appointed members… Bro Davenport (to reclaim TLL Chapter Founders); one person from the last three TLL made Lines (that’s a total of three); Bro Mason (his connection with IHQ); and Bro Demons (in the role of advisor).
