Yes, subsidy under Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) of Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Integrated Development of Leather Sector Scheme (IDLSS) of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India and Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme- Textile (TUFS) of Ministry of Textiles, Government of India was available to SSIs / Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) during the period from November 2005 to November 2006.
