Commission to consider and approve or disapprove the minutes of the June 5thand June 7thmeetings.

1.Commission to consider and approve or disapprove Resolution 2017-7: A Resolution approving the City of Elk City, Oklahoma budget for Fiscal Year 2017-18.

2.Commission to consider and approve or disapprove Resolution 2017-8: A Resolution of the City of Elk City supporting the grant application to MODA for video conference system for Main Hall in Civic Center.

3.Commission to consider and approve or disapprove the Prisoners Public Works Project Contract for the use of department of corrections labor.

4.Commission to consider and approve or disapprove the Interlocal Agreement between Beckham County Commissioners/Beckham County Sheriff Department and City of Elk City/District II Drug Task Force.

5.Commission to consider and approve or disapprove the Interlocal Agreement between Roger Mills County Commissioners/Roger Mills Sheriff Department and City of Elk City/District II Drug Task Force.

6.Commission to consider the purchase and installation of ten (10) new lights and light poles and 4000’ of #2 aluminum cable in conduit be placed ac Ackley West Walking trail from Culver Electric in the amount of $24,446.48.

**The City Commission cannot legally enter into discussion or take action on any item addressed under public comment. State law dictates that only those matters specifically appearing on the Commission agenda may be discussed or voted upon by the City Commission. Public comment exist to allow members of the public an opportunity to bring their concerns to theattention of the City Commission. However, to prevent any potential violations of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, no interaction or discussion will occur with regard to any item addressed under public comment. Should action be deemed to be necessary, an item will appear on the next meeting agenda for discussion and/or possible City Commission action.
