III.SERVICE PRICES

1. Accommodation and provision in the hunting are:

Evaluation of trophies

Evaluation of the trophy is performed after 24 hours after complete preparation. Antlers are weighed with the whole skull (without lower jaw).

An expert in the presence of hunters and masters performs evaluation of the trophies.

If the hunter intends to take the trophy unprepared, evaluation

is performed approximately.

Hunting record

After the end of the hunt and having evaluated the trophies, the hunting record is to be filled. It is a special numerated blank written in Lithuanian and German (6 copies).

The master, the expert and the foreign hunter sign the record.

The hunting record is the ground for:

taking abroad of the trophies indicated in it,
settling accounts with foreign companies or individual hunters and the organisers of the hunt,
solving conflicts that may arise between the parties.

If the hunter does not take the trophy with himself, but leaves it in Lithuania for a later dispatch, this intention should be noted in the record. Heaven’s noted, the dispatch of the trophy is not possible without special permission.

The safe conduct rules in the hunting area

Foreign hunters must submit to the safe hunting rules operating in Lithuania. The rules are introduced to the hunters in the language they command by the hunting master before the hunting begins. The master has the right to eliminate from the hunting the person who does not submit to the rules and in special cases to cease the hunting. In such a case the hunter’s claims are rejected.
