Pay back will be Second (2nd) Place thru Twentieth (20th) is 100% of Entry Fee BASED ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Sign- In Thursday, March 31, 2016, 6:00 PM CST at meeting room of Barren River State Park Lodge. Rules will be discussed and you will receive boat flight and number. Your boat number will be randomly drawn.

IMPORTANT: There are no off limit restrictions. NO PURCHASE, REQUEST OR GATHERING FISHING INFORMATION WILL BE ALLOWED! Beginning and including the Sunday prior Friday April 1, 2016 you can only pre-fish with your tournament partner or by yourself. NO SUBSITUTES PARTNERS WILL BE ALLOWED.

No tournament waters off limits unless posted by Federal, State or Local Law.

Bonus monies paid out to Skeeter Boat owners finishing in the money, with exception that boat must have been purchased from B&J Marine or Anglers Outpost and Marine.

Boat Check and Tournament times will be announced at pre-tournament meeting.

Dead Fish (.50) penalty. No more than 5 fish in live well at any given time, all culling must be done as your 6th fish is caught.

NO SHORT FISH-short fish - penalty is an entire day’s weight. LATE CHECK IN WILL NOT WEIGH FISH!

15” SIZE LIMIT ON ALL FISH WILL BE USED FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. Courtesy Golden Rule will be available

Liability insurance with coverage of not less than $300,000 per occurrence is required of each boat. Proof of insurance must be with the boat being used and must cover all passengers in the boat. Random checks will be conducted. Failure to provide proof of insurance when requested by the tournament director may result in disqualification.

Tournament is open to all people regardless of race, sex, religion, or national origin. We reserve the right to reject any tournament entry fees that is not in the best interest of the tournament. No Exceptions.

Any protest must be submitted in writing to the tournament director within (15) minutes of scale closing. The tournament director has the right to ask any member to submit to a polygraph exam at any time. If any member refuses a polygraph exam it will result in immediate disqualification and all entry fees and prizes will be forfeited. All members agree to abide by the results of the polygraph exam. Interpretation and enforcement of these rules will be duty of Tournament Director.

Checks will be passed out after polygraph has been completed.

1.  Pre-tournament meeting at Barren River State Resort Lodge meeting room beginning at 6:00 PM CST. This year we will be using the Barren River State Park Ramp both days! This is a two-day event. Day one all teams compete. Day two will be top 50 teams per day one weight.

2.  Barren River State Park Lodge official housing. Lodge room special rates are $59.95 and cottages are $119.95. Reserve using “Kentucky Dealers Skeeter/Yamaha Invitational Tournament.” Please reserve your rooms early with the Lodge.

3.  Registrations due to respective dealerships by February 28, 2016.

5.  Team registration is Mandatory. At least one member from each team must register and attend Pre-Tournament meeting, (Or has coordinated with Tournament Director). Pre- Tournament meeting will be Barren River State Park Lodge meeting room beginning at 6:00 PM CST!

6.  Entry Fee is $110.00 Per Team (Includes $10.00 per Boat- Two Big Fish Pots - 1st 70% and 2nd 30%).

Liability Release

In signing this agreement, we hereby release, B&J Marine Louisville, KY, Anglers Outpost & Marine, Lancaster, KY, Skeeter Boats, there officers, agents, employees, and sponsors from any and all damages, injuries, deaths, claims, cost, or expenses relating to injury of any person or damage to any property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or in connection with the Kentucky Dealer Skeeter/Yamaha Invitational Tournament.

Covenant not to sue waiver of Subrogation: I further agree that I will never sue B&J Marine of Louisville, KY, Anglers Outpost & Marine of Lancaster, KY or Skeeter Boats for damages on account of any injury or damages that I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future in connection with this or any B&J Marine, Anglers Outpost or Skeeter Boat event. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold B&J Marine, Anglers Outpost or Skeeter Boat harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court cost and attorney’s fee arising with respect to such action. I understand that in waiving the rights to sue B&J Marine, Anglers Outpost & Marine or Skeeter Boat, I am waiving the rights of recovery from B&J Marine, Anglers Outpost & Marine or Skeeter Boat, of my insurance carrier for any claims that they may pay on my behalf. I further understand by signing this agreement, I waive the rights my heirs, or relatives have or may have to sue B&J Marine, Anglers Outpost & Marine or Skeeter Boat for liability.

Construction: If this agreement and the release, covenant, and waivers contained herein are found by any court to be overly broad in any manner, we ask the court to interpret it as broadly as possible.
