Mr. Littley noted the Board held an executive session prior to the meeting this evening.
Mr. Littley called the meeting to order at 7:37 pm and led the assemblage in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Election of Officers
Mr. Littley asked Mr. Dooley to serve as temporary Chairman until the officers were nominated.
Mr. Sinz nominated Daniel Littley as Chairman. There were no other nominations. The nomination was unanimously approved.
