Church Location 7827 FM 1960 East, Atascocita

The church and festival area are on the northwest corner of FM 1960 East and Pinehurst Trail in Atascocita. Go 7 ½ miles east of 59N on FM 1960. The church is on the left (N). Entry to the festival is on Pinehurst Trail. Please call if you need further directions. (ALC 281-852-7333)

We ask vendors to remain to the close of the festival. In case of bad weather, a decision to cancel the show is made as early as possible the morning of the festival. There is no rain date and registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration Fees

The fee to rent a booth is $80.00. This fee is non-refundable. If you are interested in renting a booth, please return the registration form, along with your fee, to the address shown on the form. All booths are assigned on a first come basis.

Exhibitor Set UP Friday, October 7h, 2015 4pm - 7pm - Booth Set Up

Saturday, October 8th, 2015 7 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Booth space is approximately 15’ X 10’. Your items must be set up within your allotted space. No electricity is available at the show. A map layout will be sent to you before the festival your booth location. NO set ups will be allowed until after 4 pm on Friday. If you do set up on Friday, please note that AtascocitaLutheranChurch is not responsible for any loss or damage to your merchandiseand/or property. Security is not provided on Friday.

Parking Passes

Parking passes will be issued to each vendor. This identification is mandatory to assist our parking volunteers to direct you for unloading your car. We have a limited number of volunteers to help you unload and carry your merchandise to your booth on Saturday. You must move your vehicle as quickly as possible to allow other vendors to unload. After unloading, you will be directed to a parking area.

Food

Coffee is served free to exhibitors from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the bake booth. There are food sales during the Festival hours in Fellowship Hall.

Cancellation - If you are unable to participate, please notify us as soon as possible.

Proceeds

Net ALC proceeds (from booth rentals, raffle, book nook, food,and bake booth sales)will be shared with selected area charitable organizations. Additional support provided byThrivent Financial Action Teams.
