Green Kids Club (GKC) with Aurora World Inc.win awards for Pammee and the Looking Pond
Idaho Falls, ID – December 24, 2016 – Eco-friendly Green Kids Club (GKC) is pleased to announce today that Green Kids – with YooHoo & Friends exclusive book, “Pammee and the Looking Pond,” has won both the Santa Choice™ & Marriah Media™ Awards for 2016!
In November 2015, Aurora World Inc., with Green Kids Club, formed a partnership to license their top selling endangered plush characters from “YooHoo & Friends” for a set of globally distributed, exclusive books. Each adventure will have GKC’s eco-crusading kids Victor, Maya and Tiago join forces with Aurora’s furry friends Pammee and YooHoo, as they set out on a quest to save the Earth’s animals and their precious habitats from external threats. To date, the Green Kids with Aurora have created three stories lined up with three of the YooHoo characters and Green Kids. These books are now hitting the shelf in 2017!
“Pammee and the Looking Pond” takes Green Kid, Maya and YooHoo & Friends – Pammee (an endangered Fennec Fox) on a search for her beautiful image in the Looking Pond. But the girls find that the pond has been polluted. Together, they find the culprit and teach him the importance of not creating water pollution, thus allowing Pammee to see herself again in the Looking Pond! This book has a science section in the back and teaches the children in an entertaining yet educational manner the importance of preserving our environment. Books are written for children ages between 3 and 5 years old.
