General Notes:
· For the purpose of evaluation the bidder shall provide all appropriate supporting documentation in order that it may be confirmed that the goods proposed are consistent with the required specification.
· Any goods that the bidder wishes to be considered that are not consistent with the minimum standards stated in the Specifications must be clearly mentioned.
· The bidders shall have 5 years experience of dealing with the offered types of equipments including satisfactory maintenance service and spare parts provision.
· Operating costs: The bidder shall provide details of fuel consumption.
· Maintenance costs: The bidder shall provide the periodical maintenance schedule stating the frequency of all types of routine maintenance.
· The bidder shall state, for each maintenance, to be carried out, the spare parts to be utilized, their costs and technical man-time required for the maintenance works to be completed. In case of winning the bid, the bidder shall provide all necessary manuals of the equipments.
· The dimensions of the vehicle with the super structure shall meet the requirement of the Palestinian Ministry of Transportation.
· The supplier should provide the operation manual (English Version).
· The supplier should provide the service manual (English Version).

- The supplier must have central workshop licensed from ministry of transportation.
- The supplier must have the special tools required for repairing the machine when needed
- The supplier workshop must have the trained engineer and technicians
- The supplier must provide all spare parts when it is needed
