Product Focus-
Clear and Compelling Product Standards-
Protection from adverse consequences for initial failure – unlimited submissions on each assessment
Affirmation of the significance of performance- students will participate in 8 Discussion-Based Assessments where the teacher/instructor will provide the parents with an update of progress; parents will also be able to share and contribute to the conversation
Affiliation- students are involved with and asked to talk to parents/community about lesson 1.05 as well as 3 discussion area postings
Novelty and variety- the lesson assessments have been varied as to not include the same type of assessment in modules; in addition students are given a choice to do illustrations, podcasts, and interviews which requires the traditional pen/paper.
Choice-Students are provided with choice assessments (see Choice part of this table)
Authenticity- the assessments are designed to have a significance impact in their lives
