The Official Reception and the Conference Dinner are included in the conference-fee, but we need to know how many of you will be present.

Cancellation policy:
Hotels: If cancelled 30 to 15 days before arrival we will charge the first night.
If cancelled later: no refund.
Flights under “Travel to venue”:
Cancellation 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the price of the ticket.
Cancellation 14 days before departure or later: No Refund.
Other flights: Cancellation rules depend on the airline and the type of ticket.
Conference-fee: No refund after May 12th.
Cancellation insurance of 200 SEK is avalilable. This insurance is valid in case of illness or accident up until departure. In case of cancellation the participant is refunded the total amount except 300 SEK (service fee). A doctor´s certificate is needed.
Please note that a cancellation insurance is often included if you pay with a credit-card.
