Public participation
Members of the public may raise subjects, which they wish to bring to the attention of the Parish Council. Items relating to matters on the agenda will be taken first and any decisions will be made when the meeting is declared opened. 1609/10Planning
To receive any decisions made by North Lincolnshire Council and to consider the following applications.
2016/1359 – planning permission to erect two agricultural buildings at land off Mill Lane.
The following applications have been submitted to NLC under the Clerks delegated powers.
2016/1024 – planning permission for change of use of land to form extension of curtilage to be used for B8 storage only – no objection or comment.
2016/1257 – application for determination of the requirement for prior approval of a household extension at 43 Hopfield.

- To be notified of the Caring for Carer Engagement determining any actions required.
- To be notified of the ERNLLCA NALC Community Led Housing survey determining actions required.

1609/16To confirm the date and time of the next meeting as Thursday 13th October, 2016 at 7pm at the Village Hall.
1609/17To consider the exclusion of the public and press in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s1(2) due to the confidential nature of the items to be discussed.
Clerks Report - Appendix A
- Clerk haspurchased a mirror and post for Cockett’s Lane.
- All funeral directors have been written to with regard to the actions of grave diggers leaving debris within the cemetery.
- Clerk has requested contact details for the Academy to go into the CEP from Cllr Pennington – waiting details.
- Clerk has written to both Baroness Redfern and Ward Cllrs with regard to lack of attendance and reports at meetings – to date no response received.
- Clerk has requested that NLC remove the elder trees on Church Street, flower shop on East Street with regard to building regulations and speed sign for Ings Lane.
- Clerk has requested an update from Ward Cllrs on the following issues prior to the next meeting: -
- Progress if meeting between NLC, Parish Council and Environment Agency with regard to the Quarry.
- Licensing issues to the Quarry.
- Update on Dallisons Park.
- Pelham View/Station Road parking issues.
