YOUR $200.00 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE TO ASSURE US THAT YOU ARE SERIOUS AND COMMITTED TO GETTING YOUR PUPPY!! IF FOR SOME REASON WE DO NOT HAVE THE COLOR OR TEMPERAMENT THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN A PUPPY, WE WILL MOVE YOUR DEPOSIT TO A LATER LITTER.
ONLY EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD APPLY FOR A DEPOSIT REFUND.
( * Appropriate contract needs to be printed, completed & signed by buyer at the same time puppy deposit form is submitted to Breeder.* ) A copy will be supplied to the buyer along with the Health Record at the time the puppy is received.
* If your Puppy is being shipped, final payment is required at the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age. This is the Buyers responsibility. This includes the balance on the pup, Airfare , Crate & Health Certificate cost.*

If the deposit is made prior the puppy turning 4 week of age a personal check is acceptable. We do everything we can to prepare the puppies for their new homes and families. We lay the groundwork for socialization, crate training and house breaking, but, the responsibility to further this training is yours. We do not guarantee that they will be fully house or crate trained when you receive them, but they are very well started. They will have left everything they have known thus far, so realize that they will go thru a short adjustment period. Realize that they are young children when they come to your home and they will go thru teething & developmental stages, etc .just as your human children do. You as their new parents, need to establish yourselves as their pack leader and to teach your own children, regardless of age, to work with the pups properly and to not chase them as this can cause fear in any small puppy or dog.
Copies of the genetic testing results on the parent of the litters are provided by request.
Pedigrees of the parents of the litters are available for you to print off the website for your personal puppy file.
* We no longer put these in your puppy packet as we have made them available to you this way.*

Our family at Sapphire Mountain Miniature and Toy Poodles love and care about our babies and their future. Raising each litter is a huge responsibility and one that is not taken lightly. It is important to us that we match each puppy to the home that is meant especially for them and their lives as well as yours.
The questions in the above application are used to equip us in that process. Our puppies are family members, as well as going into the world of a breeding or a show home, various fields of service, or getting to enjoy the fun world of agility with their owners.
We also realize the investment that you as the new puppy owner are putting into your new puppy and want this to be the best experience you have ever had. We do everything we can to insure this is done to the best of our abilities. We want stable and committed families for our poodle kids!!!
