Who should attend?

This day is aimed at those manufacturing or importing substances that have not been pre-registered prior to the May 2017 deadline for pre-registration.

Those now manufacturing or importing substances at 1t per year or more will need to make an ‘Inquiry’ before working on immediate registration.

This day includes advice and practical guidance for potential registrants on the details of the inquiry procedure as well as the practical and technical aspects involved for subsequent full registration. In addition, we will cover advice on how to how to cooperate with other registrants and what to do if it goes wrong.

You’ll get the most from the day if you have attended a REACH – the Basics or a REACH and small businesses workshop, or have some understanding of REACH and how registration affects your company.

Why attend?

Late pre-registration is now no longer an option for potential registrants wanting to register phase-in substances. Those manufacturing or importing greater than 1 tonne per year must submit an inquiry to ECHA before a registration dossier can be submitted. You may be one of the many registrants that will need to use this process.

During this workshop we will:

ü  Explain how to complete a successful inquiry

ü  Cover analytical chemistry requirements for inquiries and registration

ü  Describe the registration process and the need to cooperate with other for dossier submission

ü  Highlight costs associated with registration to help you with your REACH budgeting

Book before 5 September for early booking discount
