Items must be boxed and sealed for collection and arrive back as described when arranging collection. Any faults/damages not stated are chargeable and the carrier will provide all the labels needed.

Collection/Exchange Charges from RefundSmall Items – Boxes upto 0.23cbm-0.35cbm - £9.95 1st parcel, £6.50 after (ie x2 boxes = £16.45)
Medium Items – Boxes between 0.23cbm-0.35cbm - £20 per box collection charge
Large Items - Items that at purchase had to be delivered via a 1 Man or 2 Man delivery service option. Such items include beds, mattress, dining tables and dining sets, outdoor garden furniture and marquees -£50 per item Collection Charge
30 days from delivery to return (14 days for business customers).
If returning the goods yourself - If you elect to return the defective product to us using your own method of delivery, we will refund up to £3.50 of the costs incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs. Tracking is needed for all returned items by your own method of delivery.
If items have been re-boxed please let us know size and weight of box before arranging collection. Items outside of the size and weight may carry a larger returns cost than stated. Any item returned assembled or unboxed will be charged an additional £35 per item assembled or unboxed.
