A day to get together with fellow rock hounds

NonotuckPark, Pavilion # 4 – Easthampton, Mass

Take 91 South to exit 17, take right at bottom of ramp. OR

If coming from the 91 North take exit 17b – take right at bottom of ramp.

This is 141 West. Go to third set of lights, take left onto Wilson Ave.

This brings you rightinto NonotuckPark.

When they collect your $3.00 fee (for admission) they will tell you where we are located. Handicaps sticker vehicles admitted free.

CateredPicnic – Tailgating –Auction – Raffle

Open to CVMC members and their guests

Appetizers and Chowder served starting around 11:00 am

Tailgating – 10 am to 2 pm

Raffle and Lunch 12:00 noon - Deposit of $10.00 per member, $5.00 per child.

Fees refunded at door.Guest of members are invited at cost of $20.00 (non refundable)

Hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, kielbasa, baked beans, chicken drum sticks

Potato salad, pasta salad, sweet corn on the cob and dessert.

Tailgating – No space charge – all we ask is donation for the Club Auction Table.

Auction 2 pm–Bring in some items for auction

25% of sales go to CVMC, 75% to specimen owner.

Everyone is encouraged to bring in items. Limit of 5 items.

Does not have to be mineral, but should be rock related

CVMC Auction-Donations gladly accepted for CVMC benefit auction.

There are softball fields, playgrounds, and a wet park for youngchildren,

There is an additional fee for swimming pool.

Food has to be ordered in advance, please fill out the bottom portion

and return with your reservation and deposit as soon as possible.

Last date for food reservation is August 10th.
