Monthly Management Fee: Collect and remit initial month’s rent less set up fee; Collect and remit the following monthly rents; Pursue non payment of rent and advise on rent arrears; Deduct commission and other works; Advise all relevant utility providers of changes; Undertake a minimum of two inspections per year and notify landlord of outcome; Arrange routine repairs and instruct contractors; Hold keys throughout the tenancy £14.4% (inc VAT) i.e. £12% (Plus VAT)
