CAREER OBJECTIVE

To advance my professional career in research and contribute to the betterment of society through improved agricultural productivity supported by enhanced agricultural market linkages.

AREA OF SPECIALIZATION

My areas of specialization are food security- agribusiness specifically agricultural markets, agricultural policy,agricultural value chains.Additionally,I have interests in evaluating the economics of low external input farming systems and technology adoption and impact; the link between environmental degradation and population growth, multiple objectives of land use bio-economic complexity, and sustainability.

SUMMARY SKILLS

Project Management: Proven record of project management and timely delivery of results in keeping with deadlines.

Information Technology: Extensive knowledge of all the Office packages, MS Word, Excel and related packages. Besides, I am adept in the use of SPSS, STATA and GAMS.

Team work: Experience in working effectively in a multidisciplinary and a multicultural environments and the ability to lead and mentor others.

Communication: I have participated and made presentations in many local and international scientific fora. I have made poster and paper presentation in seminars and conferences internationally. Such experience has sharpened my communication experience.
