How to add a course to the CPD Solutions System

Request a booking form from

Fully complete and return this form to the above email box at least 4 weeks before the course runs.

Remember to advise any special requirements

How to find out how many staff have booked onto your course

How to request an updated delegate register/return a completed register

Email with full details of the course. When the course is finished please send back to Curriculum Admin Team, Lochside Education Centre the completed delegate register to allow us to update who has attended the course.

When to advise administrators if course is going ahead or to be cancelled

Contact at least 3 weeks before the course is due to run. This will allow administrators time to advise delegates that the course is going ahead. The course can be cancelled if necessary, 2/3 days prior to the course date.

How to receive the online evaluations /reports

Contact 4 weeks after the course has finished and we can run a report and e-mail this to you.

The evaluation/feedback course is available for delegates to complete after the course has finished. All delegates will get an e-mail 1 week after the course has finished reminding them to go back and fill in the evaluation/course feedback form.

N.B If you are organising a course/meeting and the presenter is not a Dumfries & Galloway Council Employee who can log in to the computer they will need to bring their own laptop for use.
