5.0 Maintenance Cycle includes language changes to existing templates as follows:

  • B04 SUMMARY – BP updated to reflect new site for SAM and CCR/ORCA
  • C01 TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BP clauses updated through Sep 2012
  • C02 CLAUSES BY REFERENCE-WITH BIO-BASED PRODUCTS – BP clauses updated through Sep 2012
  • C03 AGREEMENT AND PERFORMANCE – BP modified to include C.3.3, Agreement Cancellation
  • D01 SCOPE (ALL TEMPLATES) language modified
  • D02 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS - VEHICLE W/ DRIVER modified to include new language for typing under D.2.1 and Contractor Provided Equipment under D.2.1.1
  • D02 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS - GRAY POTABLE WATER added a line to D.2.1.2.3 Trailer Mounted Handwashing Stations to state that the Government will provide the potable water
  • D02 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS – HE included new language for winch minimum standards under D.2.1.2.1(6)
  • D03 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS – BP added 'min age' for firefighting resources at the end of D.3
  • D03 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS (ALL TEMPLATES) modified to remove "on federal jurisdictions"
  • D06 ORDERING – ATV, CHAINSAW REPAIR SERVICE, CHIPPERS, COACH BUS, COPIERS, GENERIC, MOBILE LAUNDRY, MOBILE SLEEPER UNIT, and GRAY POTABLE WATER modified language to D.6.3.1 and D.6.3.2 for Ordering Procedures for Resources
  • D06 ORDERING – HE modified to correct the Transport Formula under D.6.2
  • D07 PROPERTY – BP, WH, and HEW modified to remove Government Furnished Hose and Compliments under D.7.1.3 from Boiler Plate
  • D18 NONCOMPLIANCE – BP, WH and HEW modified to remove Understrength Engine Crews under D.18.1 from Boiler Plate
  • D21 PAYMENTS (ALL SOLICITATION TEMPLATES THAT REFERENCE DS) modified to add "The DS rate will apply any calendar day the DS was under hire, including travel" to D.21.8.1(a)
  • D21 PAYMENTS (ALL SOLICITATION TEMPLATES) modified to change the repair rate stated at D.21.3 from $75 per hour to $90 per hour
  • D21 PAYMENTS – REEFERS modified to delete the last sentence under D.21.8.1.c. for Work Rate (Mileage)
  • The National WD updated to Revision (29) dated 7/3/2012.
