Position: APS 6 Senior Auditor
PART 1: KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1 / Execute compliance and performance audits and deliver audit reports. Maintain audit recommendations database, including issuing outstanding recommendation reports to management and coordinating responses. Prepare reports on the status of recommendations.
2 / Undertake fraud prevention activities. Manage fraud referrals in accordance with AHL policies and procedures, including recording referrals, conducting evaluations and preparing evaluation reports. Undertake fraud detection activities. Maintain fraud incident register and prepare reports on fraud.
3 / Maintain register of legislation and regulation pertaining to AHL including compliance requirements. Monitor and prepare reports on compliance.
4 / Manage complaints in accordance with AHL policies and procedures, including the complaints hotline, service desk and register. Monitor and prepare reports on complaints.
5 / Manage Freedom of Information requests, including receipt and allocation of requests, monitoring completion and maintaining the register. Prepare reports on Freedom of Information requests.
