Note 1: Where officials are required for longer than 7 hours additional chargeswill be made at overtime rates.
Note 2: Please include officials in your Lunch and refreshment arrangements.

Note 3: In the event of cancellation or postponement of a Meeting once competition has commenced a charge of $20 per official per hour will apply.
Note 4: For smaller carnivals one Field Referee can perform both Jumps & Throws tasks
Note 5: Electronic Distance Measuring equipment & operator - This machine is used to measure the distance between two points, and is faster and more accurate than a standard tape measure.
The machine is particularly useful on the distance throwing events, saving considerable time.
The EDM Operator fills a specialist role, and should NOT be expected to perform other duties.
Note 6:UQ track – When hiring Officials for events at UQ Track, parking for them must also be arranged through UQ Track Management.

SAFETY (a) Field
It is imperative for Safety that there are two ADULTS, plus our Official,
OnDiscus and Javelin.
(b) Track
If you only have one Starter, you will need to have another ADULT at
the Start line.
