PRE-ANNEXED OR ANNEXED INTO THE VILLAGE OF WINNEBAGO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village of Winnebago, Illinois, the Board of Trustees of the Village proposes to effect a map amendment to the Village of Winnebago Zoning Map to add the land legally described below, and establish a zoning designation of District No. 1-One Family ResidentialDistrict for said property pursuant to and conditioned upon the execution of a pending Pre-Annexation Agreement between the Village of Winnebago and Tim White and Amanda Shank. The proposed zoning designation is different than the Agricultural zoning said property currently holds from Winnebago County as land located in the unincorporated area of said county. Seward Street, to add the land legally described below, and establish a zoning designation of District No.1--Single-Family Residential for said property pursuant to and conditioned upon the execution of a pending Annexation Agreement between the Village of Winnebago and Joseph R. Flynn and Amanda L. Flynn. The proposed zoning designation is different than the Agricultural zoning designation the below-described property currently holds from Winnebago County as land located in the unincorporated area of said county. Said land is located at 514 S. Seward Street in Winnebago County, Illinois, and bears Property Code 14-06-102-008:
