To commence November 2017 to cover a period of Maternity Leave for 12 months or until the return of the postholder.

Salary: Points 18 – 21 of the Sixth Form College’s Support Staff pay spine, currently £16,804 - £17,946 pa
Providing administrative support for the HR departmentyou will display excellent organisation skills and be able to liaise confidently with employees and managers of all levels. Utilising your excellent communication and customer service skills, you will manage the recruitment and selection process, maintaining accurate and up to date computer records.
The successful candidate will be articulate with great attention to detail. Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel are essential for this role. A relevant HR qualification would be advantageous. The ability to remain calm under pressure is a prerequisite coupled with the capacity to work to tight deadlines efficiently. Self-motivated, you will be a good team player.
