#9 Approve & waive the reading of the same for the Lorain County Board of Commissioners meeting minutes of October 5, 2016

#10. Receive and journalize a municipal corporation annexation petition of approximately 0.6563 acres from Eaton Township to the Village of Grafton, Mayor Dave DiVencenzo, Agent and to be placed on October 26, 2016 agenda for decision (27 days)

#11. Accept the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorize necessary tax levies and certify them to the County Auditor

#12. Amend Res#16-603, adopted September 21, 2016 awarding contract to N&N Construction Co, Inc., Wakeman in the amount of $203,810.27 for Phase 1 site development, Lorain County Courthouse renovation project. Said amendment is to reflect the Acct#is courthouse renovation-construction

Community Development Department:

#13. Rescind a part of Res#16-563, adopted September 7, 2016 as #1 to Modern Roofing, Seven Hills for Pam Grega, 35369 West Rd., Grafton in amount of $4,838. Modern Roofing withdrew the bid; Award contract to ABC Restoration, LLC, Akron in amount of $5,280 which was the next responsive bid complying with specifications and includes contingencies for any unforeseen change orders to be paid from Acct#CHIPPY14 home repair

Job & Family Services:

#14 Amend Res#16-254, adopted April 27, 2016 authorizing an interagency agreement with Lorain County Workforce Development Agency for the TANF Summer Youth Employment Program. Said amendment is to reflect extending contract to September 30, 2016 from August 31, 2016 to allow invoicing of costs for September

Domestic Relations:

#15. Authorize execution of Amendment #2 to sublease with respect to Lorain County Detention Home. Amendments are to reflect $52,160 state funding with local match of $34,775 in capital improvement projects to address safety and security issues with HVAC system replacement, window replacement, roofing and renovating youth sleeping rooms/restrooms at existing facility

#16 Authorize Lorain County Auditor to continue special fund per ORC Section 317.321 for fees imposed by the Lorain County Recorder for the purpose of supplementing equipment needs of the County Recorder, effective January 1, 2017 expiring December 31, 2017 amount of $4/recorded document
