TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Double occupancy Pricing:

All prices are quoted in US $, per person sharing double room.

For single occupancy, there is a single supplement of $799

Tour Price:

The tour package price of $4499 per person is based on a minimum of 15 full paying persons traveling together. Should fewer than 15 people register for the tour, the tour will be cancelled.

Tour Dates:

Rates are valid for travel: November 5-15, 2015

Flights:

The package price per person includes round trip transatlantic flights from Dallas (DFW) to Tel Aviv (TLV) in economy class. We will make individual flight arrangements for each participant from their gateway city and work to best accommodate each participants travel needs. Departure from USA will be on November 5, 2015 and the return will be on November 15, 2015.There might be a small add on from some gateways but we will do our best to accommodate everyone and try to avoid additional charges).

Disclaimer:

Payment Schedule and Payment Policy:

*$1500 will be due no later than August 5, 2015 (3 months prior to departure). Flights will be booked upon receipt of this payment and will be non refundable.

* The balance of $2,999 / final payment for the tour will be due no later than September 5, 2015 (2 months prior to departure)

Cancellations and Refunds:
The cancellation fees set forth below and will apply as follows:

* 90 days or more prior to departure, a service fee of $200 per person will apply.
* 89 to 61 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.
* 60-31 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 75% of the tour cost will apply.
* 30 days or less prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost will apply.
* No refund will apply to any unused services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, touring, meals and/or transportation.
* In the case of cancellation by Melrose Travel for any reason, a full refund will be given to each participant.
Land Arrangements:
The Tour Operator reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, Melrose Travel will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. The Tour operator reserves the right to change the hotels listed on the tour for others of similar quality.
Responsibility And Liability:
Melrose Travel acts as agent for services provided by operators herein and cannot be held liable for any services provided listed in this brochure or any other services incidental thereto. Further the responsibilities of air carriers are limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas Melrose Travel and the participating airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others who provide the actual land arrangements. We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss, and damage or non-performance occur-ring in connection with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. Melrose Travel reserves the right to bring legal action to collect damages in the event that purchaser fails to pay any fees due and owing for services, including cancellation fees as set out in the section entitled ’Cancellations & Refunds’. The parties agree that should legal action be commenced, the prevailing party will be entitled to his/her or its reasonable attorney fees and court costs in addition to the actual damages sustained and proven. Venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County Circuit Court, California. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Passenger responsibility:
Passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. The passenger hereby warrants that they fully understand each of them. Specifically passenger understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the ’Cancellations & Refunds’ section.

Passport And Documentation:
Passports must be valid for at least six months at the time of travel. If your passport expires before May 15, 2016 you will need to renew your passport or obtain a new one prior to departure. For non-US citizensplease verify specific visa requirements for Israel and, please let us know so that we can provide you with instructions. Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides cover-age while traveling outside of the USA. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Melrose Travel strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. Entire Agreement Severability:
This is the entire agreement of the parties and it may be amended only by written agreement signed by both Melrose Travel and the client. If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this agreement will nevertheless remain in force and effect.

We will work closely with you to plan and promote your tour, providing you with professional advice, promotional materials, competitive rates and superior service.

Furthermore, we will provide full administration and organization of the tour.

  • This morning following breakfast, we check out of the hotel and drive north to visit Caesarea. It was here that Cornelius the Centurion and his household were saved and baptized (Acts 10). It was also here that Paul made his defense before Festus and King Agrippa prior to his final journey to Rome (Acts 25 & 26).
  • We continue to the Muhraka Monastery atop Mount Carmel and see where Elijah battled the prophets of Baal (Kings 1, 18).We will read EZE 38 & 39 and look at the valley where the blood will rise to the horses bridles.
  • We drive via the Plains of Jezre’el to visit Megiddo, site of Armageddon.
  • We shall then we proceed to Nazareth to visit the well that He drank from and the synagogue in which He taught.
  • Visit Mt. Precipice the traditional site of the cliff that an angry mob attempted to throw Jesus off.
  • Visit Cana, the site of the first miracle.
  • Dinner and overnight in Tiberias

  • Following breakfast, we begin our day with a visit to the 2000 year ancient boat.
  • Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
  • We continue to the 2,000 year old remains of Capernaum and stand in what is left of the synagogue in which our Lord ministered and see Peter’s house.
  • We visit the Mount of Beatitudes the traditional site where Jesus preached His Sermon on the Mount (Matt. 5-7);
  • After a short drive we arrive at Tabgha, commemorating the feeding of the 5,000 (Lk. 9);
  • We travel north to the Golan Heights area where we discover the Road to Damascus (Acts 9) and view Mount Herman.
  • Visit one of the sources of the Jordan River, called Banias (Caesarea Philippi) where Jesus taught the disciples and where Peter con-fessed “You are the Christ” (Matt. 16:13-20).
  • Dinner and overnight in Tiberias

  • After breakfast, we start the day with a visit to the Jordan River (Yardenit).
  • Visit Harod's Spring where Gideon gathered his men before fighting the Midianites
  • We visit the ancient Israelite city of BeitShe’an. It is here where the Philistines hung Saul and his sons after their defeat at the battle on MountGilboa.
  • Our next stop is Jericho, the ancient Canaanite city destroyed by the power of God (Josh. 5-6). It is the oldest known inhabited city in the world. It was in Jericho that Jesus encountered Zacchaeus

  • After breakfast, enjoy a morning float the shores of the Dead Sea to feel the saltiest water on earth as you float in the mineral filled water.
  • Stop at EinGedi. See the waterfalls at this oasis in the desert, which is mentioned several times in the Book of Psalms, the place where King David hid from King Saul.
  • Pray at the proposed drilling site of Prophetic Oil.
  • Visit the area where the Bible locatesSodomandGomorra. Bring a 4 to 6 oz. plastic container to hold sulphur/brimstone balls you might find. Including the probable location of the slimepits where the Kings of Sodom and Gomorrah gathered oil for sale in Egypt making the area an oil boomtown. Bring a 1 to 4 oz plastic container if you would like to gather samples of oil still oozing from the site. (Gen 14:10)
  • Visit the area where the Bible locatesSodomandGomorra.
  • Drive to Masada, the spectacular mountaintop fortress built by Herod, which is famous for being the last stronghold of the Jewish rebellion against the Romans.

  • After breakfast, we drive to Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, and the Tel of Ancient Essene.
  • Drive to the Mount of Olives where Jesus ascended into heaven and where He taught His disciples about the End Times. We see olive trees that date back to the time of Christ, the Site of the Ascension (Acts 1) and take time to pray in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matt. 26:36-56).
  • Enter via the Lions gate to the Old City: Visit the Pool of Bethesda, Ecce Homo, Stations of the Cross stations, Church of Holy Sepulcher.
  • We visit the Temple Institute, which has been involved in Templeresearch and education.
  • We walk through the Western Wall Tunnels, an underground tunnel exposing the full length of the Western Wall. We take time to pray at the Western Wall.
  • Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

  • After breakfast, we walk up onto the original Temple Mount platform where King Herod’s temple stood.
  • We visit the City of David & Hezekiah Tunnel where we will see one of the most exciting archeological sites of the ancient word.
  • We visit the Davidson Center where we will see a 3D model of the Temple and
  • the southern wall excavations.
  • We later visit Israel museum - Shrine of the Book and the scale Model of Jerusalem from the 2nd temple period.
  • Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

  • After breakfast, we pay a visit to the Holocaust Memorial Museum of Yad Vashem, one of the most powerful experiences on the tour
  • We then drive to Neot Kedumim, a biblical landscape reserve.
  • Drive to Emmaus (Abu Gosh) and then to Beth Shemesh where the Ark of the Covenant was returned. Continue to the Valley of Elah where David killed Goliath.
  • In the afternoon, we enter Bethlehem, believed to be the birth place of Jesus. Visit Church of Nativity and Shepherds’ Field.
  • Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem

  • After breakfast, we return to the Old City and visit Mount Zionon the south side of Jerusalem, King David’s city.
  • We sing praises in the Upper Room (Lk. 22:7-38), site of the Last Supper and the First Pentecost, view the traditional tomb of King David.
  • Proceed to Caiaphas, the High Priest’s house, (Jn. 18), where we walk through some of the ancient rooms.
  • Visit Golgotha and the Garden Tomb for a time of quiet reflection, worship, and communion.
  • We will continue to Ein Karem believed to be the birthplace of St. John the Baptist.
  • Enjoy a Farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for departure flight
