INSPIRE TO COMPETE
· Helps select and prepare teams for inter school competitions.
· Encourages links with local community clubs to create pathways and smooth transition for children. / Increased no. Pupils engaged in competition / Difference between attendance figures at the start and end of the programme. / Registers and report. / Termly competition has continued, that all of the school takes part in with the chance to win a trophy for their house.
School held a fencing competition were 2 other schools attended
School is going for Sainsbury's gold award so there has already been a meeting with the P.E lead to ensure there are lots of opportunities for pupils to access competitive clubs. / Continue termly competition
PE lead spoke with local SGO to see how we can support more competition.
