Facilitation Learning Program in Systemic Constellation Work1

Organized by The Human Systems Institute, Inc.

2017-2018 CONSTELLATION FACILITATION LEARNING PROGRAM PROSPECTUS

Intention:

Together we will collaborate in shaping this training. In teaching constellation work internationally over the past 16 years, I’ve learned that most of you are likely to learn best when:

  • What you are learning is customized to your skill level and the context in which you want to use constellations.
  • Learning is co-created through generative conversations among myself as an elder or guide, other students who are passionate about this work and bring different perspectives, the important others in your life, and you!
  • You can follow your own pacing and timing, and work to the depth that is compatible with your life situation.
  • You can bring your real-life situations and issues into the training context.

Is This Program for You?

If your work involves working with other people, especially in a healing, consulting, or service capacity, this program will be useful to you. Whether you are a relative novice to constellation work or an experienced facilitator seeking a breakthrough to a new level of practice and understanding in your work, you will be invited to shape the program to meet your needs. If you seek a place to explore your own issues and an opportunity to gain new useful perspectives and tools on living life more successfully, this program can support you.

By joining this program, I assume that you are motivated to learn, have a deep, abiding interest in this field of practice, and are willing to put in the effort to gain what you want from this program. You are in charge of your learning: I can guide and support you, offer resources and assistance, and only you can decide where you want this journey to lead you.

This is a learning program with the option of certification. By developing your learning plan, in collaboration with the program director, you take responsibility for shaping your learning experience. The learning plan, your projectplan, your participation in activities and completion of the online classroomwill form the basis for the certificate of completion if you choose to pursue certification. You may ask for a certificate of attendance for each of the in-person sessions. Although the Institute does not provide CEU’s, many participants have used these to satisfy continuing education requirements.
