· Hunting Licenses, permits & Cites Permits.
· Taxidermy and preparation, packaging and documentation for export of trophies.
· Personal and trophy insurance.
· Freight, packaging and documentation for export of trophies.
· Fire-arms and ammunition.
· Airfare and chartered flights.
· All air flights before and after the hunt.
· All accommodation before and after the hunt.
· Carcasses (meat) remain the property of Constantia Safaris.
· Medals if trophy qualifies (PHASA).
· Gratuities (tips), personal expenses and phone calls.
· Trophies of animals taken, wounded or lost.
· Extra animals taken during the Safari.
· Rented Rifle: 40 US$ per day inclusive ammunition.
· FIRE-ARMS HANDLING AND INSPECTION FEES AT KIMBERLEY AIRPORT REQUESTED BY AIRLINE.
· Pick-up and drop-off at Johannesburg International Airport.
TERMS OF BUSINESS:
DAY OF ARRIVAL AND DAY OF DEPARTURE = 1 DAY
· CERTAIN SPECIES DO REQUIRE CITES PERMITS.
· A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE DAILY RATES AND 25% OF PACKAGE PRICE/ WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOU’RE BOOKING IN CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER.
· THE BALANCE IS PAYABLE UPON COMPLETION OF THE SAFARI IN CASH OR EFT TRANSFERS. WIFI AVAILABLE ON THE FARM.
· ALL PRICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, DUE TO FLUCTUATIONS IN EXCHANGE RATES WITHOUT NOTICE.
· ALL CLIENTS ARE TO SIGN THE CONSTANTIA SAFARI CONTRACT AND IDEMNITY.
· IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE TRAVELING INSURANCE TO IN AND OUT OF SOUTH AFRICA. PERSONAL ALL RISK INSURANCE. MEDICAL AID AND CASUALTY COVER AND LIFE DISABILITY INSURANCE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract will be paid for in full.
