Barb Smith is working on this for us. Hopefully it will be completed before years end. We now have the title for the abandoned boat and we will proceed with auctioning it off to the highest bidder. Electrical problem in Community Center has been resolved. New lock has been purchased for storage corral to replace the broken one.

Vice President:Absent
Treasurer: No report.
Secretary: No report.
Board Member: No report.
Member voice: Resident Carole Beatty asked about the electrical system at our main entrance. We will be monitoring it closely when the lights are put up as we continue to have a problem with the circuit breaker going off when we have heavy rain.
There was also some concern about some of the tables in The Community Center being broken. We will be replacing some of them going forward. After much discussion, it was pretty much determined that this probably happens during the rentals of The Community Center and is pretty much the cost of doing business along those lines. Going forward we will do our best to keep this under control.
Motion by William to adjourn. Second by Bill
Adjournment at 7:27 P.M.
Respectfully submitted by:
Bill Ruitenberg, Secretary
