Weekly Itinerary

Instructions

This form can be completed in two ways. First you can print it out and fill in the blanks by hand. Or, second, you can type directly onto it on your computer, then print for your child. Make sure to set printer to landscape before printing. 3-hole punch if student will keep in a binder.

Because this is a Word doc, you can adjust it for your needs. For example, you can change the subject names for different students.

Another option is to use an online service such as www.scholaric.com.

Complete this form every weekend to prepare for the school week. Older, self-directed students can complete their own weekly itineraries. Cross off activities as completed.

Subsequent weeks will be much easier than the first. For example, you may repeat the name of the text and simply change the page or chapter numbers.

An example follows the blank form.
