2018 CORE Spring Clinic-Spring/Summer Session I

We are proud to announce CORE’s 21st annual Spring Clinic.

With a combination of 85 years of coaching experience, we have put together the best in technical training.

We are thrilled to once again offer this program at our home at Poquessing Middle School! Swimmers will work in small groups to maximize individual attention.

This is a great opportunity to prepare your kids for summer swimming, and provide them with the much needed time to work on their stroke mechanics.

Based on last year’s popularity, we recommend that you sign-up now to reserve your space!

Clinic will begin April 9th and conclude May 24th

Daily practices for Swimmers will include:

-One hour of technical skill instruction

Daily practices for the USA Elite / HS Prep Swimmers will include:

-One hour of technical skill instruction

-30 minutes of practice that emphasizes skills worked on during

skills current or previous skill sessions AND dryland training

*In order to be eligible to train in USA Elite Team in Session II, swimmers MUST participate in the Spring Clinic (Session I).

We need to continue to grow our team! This is an excellent time to introduce a new family to our team.

*Current members can earn a discount for each new swimmer registered for the clinic-$50 per swimmer

Sessions-Three Main Groups

4:30-HS aged swimmers/13 and up Elite USA

6 PM Juniors

7 PM Junior Elites and Seniors

COST-$250.00 per Athlete

Sessions-8 and Under beginner Group

6 PM Minis (Beginners)-45 Minute Session Wednesdays and Thursdays

*Swimmers not in Elite but interested in swimming with the USA Elite may request an evaluation during clinic. Final decision will be made by the coaching staff.

**Swimmers interested in Non-USA Summer LBSL CORE Team. Session II Practice registration is not yet open. Information on this option will be available in April.

Family Discount: There is $1,000.00 cap (*Excluding USA registration and entry fees ~$5 per event)
