2015 Business/ Community Expo

Agreement and Registration

Exhibitor hereby agrees to the following:

  1. Exhibitor – All fees must accompany signed contract. You may cancel your reservation prior to May 1 2015, with a full refund. After such date, no refund will be made. Sponsors will have first choice on booth space otherwise booth space is on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. Solicitation and or distribution of information must be done from the confines of your booth.
  3. No exhibitor is allowed to solicit money from other exhibitors or from the publicin attendance at the Expo which includes any funds for their organization through raffles, lottery or any other form of gambling.ALL VENDORS must move their vehicle to the designated Vendor Parking Area upon completion of booth set-up.
  4. No Alcohol or Vapor Cigarettes sales on School grounds.
  5. All booths must be set up by 2:00 p.m. on June 4th and staffed continuouslyby at least one person from 5 – 8 p.m. The High School will be open as earlyas 8:00 am for set-up on June 4th. Early set-up is encouraged.

7. No booth may be taken down and/or abandoned prior to 8:00 p.m. on June 4th.

8. If you elect to participate in the Punch cardProgram, please give only one punch card entryper adult.

9Exhibitors are required to be respectful of all participants and school facilities Booth will be left in the condition it was provided.

10. Children must be attended at all times.

Vendors are required to hold a valid vendors license and produce it upon request.

The Huber Heights Chamber of CommerceandHuber Heights City School District are not responsible for propertywhich is lost,stolen, or left at the Business / Community Expo.We agree to hold the Huber Heights Chamber of Commerce and the Huber Heights School District harmless for claims arising out of damages to property, injuries, or accidents.
