SAFETY MARSHAL: / DeKalb Aquatics will host the meet at the Agnes Scott pool, a 25-meter x 8 lane pool.
Open to members of DeKalb Aquatics
The 2014 USA Swimming rules will govern the conduct of this meet unless otherwise noted. Swimmers will be responsible for swimming in the proper heat and lane. All swimmers, teams and coaches must be USA-registered and coaches will be asked to show their registration. Officials must wear their USA cards while on deck and must present their Georgia Swimming Officials card to the meet referee upon check-in.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is not appropriate and is strongly discouraged.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.
Warm-up for the meet will begin at 1:30 p.m. The meet will begin at 2:30 p.m.
This will be a timed finals meet.
This is an open meet with no time standards.
Swimmers may swim a maximum of five events. On deck registrations will be allowed under current Georgia LSC guidelines.
I havereviewed RULE 302.4 FALSE REGISTRATION and understand that GA Swimming probably will issue a fine of up to $100.00 per event against a member coach or a member club submitting a meet entry which indicates a swimmer is registered with USA swimming when that swimmer or the listed club is not properly registered.
There will be a $30 per swimmer fee for this meet.
Entries must be in to the Meet Director by September 11th, 2017
No Scoring.Concession will be available.
In granting this approval it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming, Georgia Swimming, Inc., and DeKalb Aquatics shall be free and held harmless from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of injuries to anyone during the conduct of the event. (USA Swimming, Rules and Regulations, 2004, 202.4.10.)
