A RESOLUTION adjourning the House of Representatives in honor and loving memory of Ray Bryant Toncray.

WHEREAS, Ray Bryant Toncray was born on August 15, 1934, in Lewis County to the late William H. and Rosemary Lykins Toncray; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Toncray a 1952 graduate of Maysville High School, where he was an accomplished basketball player; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Toncray was a member of several community organizations, including the Maysville Moose Lodge and the Kentucky Liquor Fraternity. He was also an active member of the Church of the Nativity in Maysville. The pride of his life was his family and his home; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Toncray leaves behind a host of family and friends to cherish his memory, including his four children, Carla Toncray Clement and her husband, Adam Allen; Jeff Toncray and his wife, Lisa Fleshmann; Marla Toncray and her husband, Mike Breslin; and Michael Toncray and his wife, Maria; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; and

WHEREAS, the members of this Honorable Body were saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Toncray. May all those who mourn him find solace in the knowledge that he has gone on to rejoin his parents; his daughter, Tara Toncray; his brothers, Gene Toncray, Jay Toncray, Tom Toncray, and Robert Toncray; and his Heavenly Father;

NOW, THEREFORE,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:

Section 1. The Senate hereby expresses its most profound since of sorrow and offers its sincerest condolences to the family, friends, and community of Ray Bryant Toncray.

Section 2. When the House of Representatives adjourns this day it does so in honor and loving memory of Ray Bryant Toncray.

Section 3. The Clerk of the House of Representatives is directed to transmit four copies of this Resolution to Ms. Marla Toncray, 20 East 4th Street, Maysville, Kentucky 41056.
