Paulett Taggart Architects (prime) seeks LBE subconsultants in the following disciplines: Structural, Mechanical/Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering. Project is the rehabilitation of 480 Eddy Street, an existing 32-unit studio apartment building (built in 1924). Work may include structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life safety upgrades and new landscaping. “Green building” practices are a priority. Assume construction contract of $3 million.
